Account information and purpose
Registration collects your chosen username, passkey public key and credential identifier, registration time and privacy consent record to create an account and authenticate access. We do not receive your fingerprint, face data or device unlock PIN. Recovery codes are stored only as irreversible digests; the original is shown to you when created.
Necessary cookies and security records
We use a necessary secure cookie and time-limited server sessions to keep you signed in. Short-term request rate limits help prevent brute-force attempts and bulk scraping. Sign out on shared devices.
Hosting and international processing
Cloudflare hosts the website and membership database. The database is currently outside mainland China, and account information is transmitted to that hosting environment to provide membership services. Do not submit identity documents, payment card information or unnecessary sensitive data as a username or in an inquiry. Operator and international processing disclosures will be further completed as the service and applicable requirements are clarified.
Inquiry emails and supplier contacts
Inquiry content is prepared in your browser. Email contact hands the product and purchasing details you confirm to your device's email application, where you review and send the message to the supplier. Opening a product page or preparing a draft does not send an email. Supplier contacts are checked against stated public sources; access does not imply supplier certification or a transaction guarantee.
Retention, deletion and your rights
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Expired sessions, challenges and rate-limit records are cleared according to service rules. Delete your account in the member area or contact the address above to request access, correction or deletion. Hosting security logs and disaster-recovery backups may expire on their own retention schedules.
Access statistics
Cloudflare may process access and security logs and provide website analytics. We do not sell member information. We will disclose new personal-data uses or marketing email features and provide the appropriate choices before introducing them.
