State whether the goods are for retail, hospitality, gifts or production. Include the product reference, dimensions, materials, color mix and trial quantity. Naming a Russian destination does not establish supplier acceptance.
Request packing data for the exact item
Ask for units per carton, outer carton dimensions, gross and net weight and protective packing. Confirm size charts and care labels for textiles and breakage protection for glassware. Product volume is not shipment volume.
Separate goods and transport quotes
Provide the Russian destination city, postal code or handover point. Request separate goods, sample, packing, domestic and international transport amounts, with currency, trade term, quote validity and estimated lead time. This site does not quote a preset freight rate or guarantee delivery.
Confirm import and payment arrangements before ordering
Ask your importer or customs broker to confirm admissibility, classification, required labels and documents and applicable destination charges for the exact product and date. Confirm accepted payment arrangements with the supplier and payment provider. No listing here claims approval for the Russian or any other market.
Agree the sample, then the order
